I would not recommend this provider AT ALL. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction almost two years ago and I am STILL battling with Allina over the bill, which was coded incorrectly by Cantwell's office. Since my surgery, I have spent hours on the phone with Allina over the course of almost two years now, getting passed from person to person, explaining the situation over and over again and getting no resolution. The billing specialist in the office has a "direct" line that goes to the general Allina call center and would not respond to mychart messages until I contacted Jen, the PA. There is no way to directly contact this office and they are the ones who are responsible for correctly coding these procedures. Today, as I write this review, the issue STILL hasn't been resolved and my only recourse is to submit an appeal with my insurance company as Dr. Cantwell's office can't or won't fix their error.
