I went to see Dr. Daniel Lee, ENT, at Proliance in Edmonds seeking help with my left ear discomfort and sinus infection. He was on his laptop most of the time during my visit - at times - I felt I didn’t have his attention while I was communicating important background information. He did look into my nose to confirm inflammation-sinus infection. He said he was going to send in a prescription (steroid) to mix into my daily saline nasal irrigation. I picked up my prescription and followed the instructions. Shortly after, I had adverse reaction to the medication. I reached out to Dr. Lee’s office for further advice. I was told by one of their staff members to stop using the medication which I did – obviously. She also said she was going to discuss it with Dr. Lee and will get back to me shortly. Since I didn’t hear back, I reached out to Dr. Lee’s office several more times during the week BUT no one got back to me. Unfortunately, it’s a 'No Go' for me with Dr. Lee at Proliance ENT.
