The doctor and staff are nice, but after being a patient for almost a year, I suddenly stopped receiving any communication from them. I had prescriptions that were submitted incorrectly and needed to be fixed, but no one from the office contacted me, even after I left multiple text messages (their preferred means of communication) and multiple voicemails. After almost 3 months, I left a final text message cancelling my upcoming appointment, and no one could even take care of that (I just got an automated reminder for the appointment, and I was able to use that to cancel). As nice as everyone was, I can no longer recommend this office to anyone. If you are looking for an endocrinologist in the Reno/Sparks area, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
