When my daughter was 3 she was diagnosed with heart block of the sinus node and had to have a pacemaker implanted. Dr. Ruschaupt helped educate me on how to talk to my daughter about what needed to bel done. He was not a typical surgeon. He was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He will always be one of our families heros.
