I have recurring corneal erosion of uncertain origin. The painful episodes strike unpredictably and stop me in my tracks (unable to see, and relentless pain as if gasoline were in my eyes). Forget aspirin, acetaminophen, opioids ... totally useless. Every time it hits me, Dr. Dornic fits me in. Yes, the waiting room is always full---a sign that he must be doing something right! The only solution I have for the wait is to clone Dr. Dornic. JoCo is fortunate because he is willing to make trips here from Cary! He even did emergency surgery on my eyes. He is not perfect because nothing on Earth is.
