Office is very small & dingy. Dr. recommended I try Xiidra if OTC drops didn't work & to just "call & let him know". Well, I called the office 3 times & left detailed messages asking him to please call the RX in for me to no avail. I weeks later, I called & spoke to receptionist & explained how nobody is getting back to me or calling in the RX & again, nothing. After over a month, I gave up & asked my PCP to call it in for me & by the end of the day, I had my RX.
