Staff was very professional. The Physician Assistant (Sonja) was very thorough in explaining the process and was able to fully answer my questions. Dr. Ward was also very professional, explained the surgical process, type of implant that will be used, outcome expectations of the surgery, provided the risk as well as the benefits of the surgery , and patiently answered all my questions. The entire process went smoothly and no surprises.
