first saw Dr. Diana Tran-Kim on September 10, 2025, for pelvic pain. She performed a manual pelvic exam and advised me to return in a month for a Pap smear. During my follow-up on October 8, I was informed that a biopsy result showed precancerous cells and that surgery might be needed. I mentione that I thought I was scheduled for a Pap smear that day, but was told it wasn't necessary because something 'higher up' had already been done.However, the Pap smear was later performed 'just to confirm.'After the visit, I requested a copy of my biopsy report several times but did not receive one. When I followed up later, I was told that no biopsy had been performed in their office — only a pelvic exam and a Pap smear. This left me very confused about where the initial biopsy result came from.
