Waited for 45 minutes after signing in and no one at front desk took the time to aknowldge that the Dr. Is behind. After 1hr 30 minutes I still had to ask where we are at. NOT ONCE did front desk bother to appologize. Rather just blamed Dr. Yousif and the patient area staff. They also were annoyed that I was asking how much longer I had to wait. Obviously patient satisfaction is not on their agenda. The front desk staff needs to be reminded they are face of practice.
