I had an appointment and went to the wrong bldg. The receptionist there called Dr. Keppler’s office and told them. I was 16 minutes late and she had already left the bldg for lunch. I had waited 6 months for this appointment and today they said she’s scheduling 6 months out for new patients. I was not a new patient, they bump you off that status after 3 yrs. Just had an awful feeling when leaving there and said no thank you to a rescheduled appointment 6 months out. Self serving doctor.
