I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kim, and the encounter left me utterly appalled and deeply dissatisfied. Despite adhering to the 15-minute grace period and informing the office of my delayed arrival, the doctor's unprofessional and rude behavior toward me was absolutely uncalled for. Firstly, I took the initiative to call the office well in advance to notify them that I would be arriving approximately 10 minutes late. I believe it is common courtesy to inform healthcare providers of any delays when they arise. However, instead of acknowledging my effort and showing understanding, Dr. Kim treated me with outright rudeness and disdain. When I finally entered the consultation room, the doctor's demeanor was nothing short of shocking. Their condescending tone and body language made it abundantly clear that they had already formed a negative opinion of me due to my slight delay. I had expected a compassionate and professional approach from a healthcare practitioner, but instead, I was met with a disrespectful attitude that left me feeling belittled and unworthy of their time. Moreover, rather than addressing my medical concerns with the level of attention and care one would expect from a competent physician, Dr. Kim rushed through the appointment in a manner that felt dismissive and inattentive. It was evident that they had already made up their mind about my situation without taking the time to listen or properly evaluate my condition. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and empathy, regardless of minor delays. Medical professionals should understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and should approach such situations with grace and understanding. Unfortunately, Dr. Kim failed to display even a modicum of professionalism, leaving me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to patient care. In light of my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Dr. Kim to anyone seeking compassionate and respectful medical attention. Their unprofessional behavior and rude demeanor during my appointment were completely unwarranted and left me feeling disheartened and disrespected.
