My experience was a disaster. • Forms I completed were ignored. I was asked every single question, some more than once. I asked the “nurse” multiple times to review the info. • My request for the flu shot was ignored. • My request to schedule a required procedure was not fulfilled. • I received a vaccine I did not need. • I received a call from the office to go over imaging results. I was confused since I had not had any imaging. She proceeded to read my results from a prior year. I had to ask multiple times for her to stop. • My records on the office portal showed a prescription I have never taken or received. • Vitamins had the wrong dosage posted.• Office staff let me stand at checkout for 3 or more minutes while carrying on a personal conversation with another employee.I am healthy and go to the doctor for routine exams and procedures. My care is not complicated. I've never experienced problems with other doctors. I found it unacceptable and no longer see this practice.
