Dr. Burton has no interest in sculpting his patients' bodies. He only cares about taking out the daily allowed amount of fat cc's. It doesn't matter to him how uneven or lumpy your body is left. His follow-ups are rushed and when you remind him of what he said he could do for you in the initial consultation, he makes you feel like YOU'RE the idiot for expecting unrealistic results. He promised if there were dog-ears after my liposuction, he would cut them off for free. There were, and he didn't. Never brought it up again. His staff is the ultimate definition of "ghetto". They make you feel extremely uncomfortable as they talk and laugh about patients after they walk out the door in front of the patients who are sitting there. Dealing with Dr. Burton is probably one of the worst experiences of my life. He's left me totally lopsided almost to the point of deformity. It's not like me to purposely give bad ratings. I always try to give people the benefit of doubt, but he seems to care nothing about patients' outcomes, but only collecting money, and I want to stop anyone considering him from making the wrong decision. In fact, it seems he will half-do certain procedures that leave you looking so abnormal that you’ll HAVE to come back for a revision. And then if you do schedule a revision, his staff quotes higher figures than he said it would be initially. He used to be in Maryland, and I understand he's now in Florida. I recommend that at any cost stay away from this doctor. Find a doctor who cares, and be sure to talk to them about "sculpting" and not just having fat removed. That's important.
