I had the best experience with Dr. Goldman in the ER. He met me right in triage, did a quick and thorough assessment, and immediately got me x-rayed and into a room. He explained my options for shoulder reduction clearly, gave me space to process, and answered all of my questions. His bedside manner was excellent, calm, compassionate, and reassuring, and he performed the procedure quickly and efficiently. I felt truly cared for and informed every step of the way. So grateful he was the doctor on call last night.
