I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the practices at this office. Dr. Pette recommended several thousand dollars' worth of work, indicating that my dental insurance would only cover a portion. This suggested he was more involved in the business side of things than a typical practitioner, who usually leaves such discussions to the business manager or scheduler. Reluctantly, I agreed to have the work done in stages to manage the cost.Office manager Jessica was dishonest about my insurance coverage. My insurance company provided different information, and she overcharged me by mishandling the claim. I had to beg for a refund, which took over a month to process after the claim was finally filed, weeks post-surgery.During the surgery, Dr. Pette was condescending and rough, complaining that my lips were too tight. He should know how to work with tight lips without mistreating the patient. The post-op instructions were vague and difficult to follow.
