Dr. Chopra ordered lab tests for my 94 year old mother and results became available within one week of completing tests. After 26 days of results being available and no contact from Doctor's office with Assessment & Plan, I went online, and reviewed lab results myself - Several of the findings were abnormal & my mom feeling symptomatically ill. I called & left voicemail & email messages four times and finally got a response 8 days later. I believe no contact would ever have been initiated had I not persisted in demanding Doctor's Assessment & Plan. Better standard of care needs to be provided.
