On 11-11-2021 I called this doctor's clinic until they answered the phone took over 25 minutes, then someone answered the phone and from the beginning of the conversation with her, she was very unpleasant and impatient, in the continuation of the conversation she showed insensitivity and unwillingness to listen and understand that I need a doctor very urgently because I was in very strong pain and my hearing was getting very weak. Although I explained the urgency of the situation she was indifferent and told me that only in two months I could see the doctor. And when I tried to keep talking to her she hung up on me. It was the most aggressive and rude attitude I would not at all recommend being in touch with a clinic like this. I'll also file a complaint against them at the Florida Department of Health
