Arrogant and uncaring. This is the first review I have ever written about a doctor. Dr. Neiner was both arrogant and rude. He laughed at the fact I hadn't contacted the office earlier regarding my issue. He repeatedly interrupted me. His demeanor was condescending with a sense of superiority. Never have I had such a poor experience with a medical professional. No stars would be more fitting. Heidi - May 13, 2024
