I have been with Dr. Otting since 2019 & was the best doctor I have had in a long time. He is Professional & caring. The staff said that he "cleaned out his office over the weekend & left no forwarding address". That he was gone & now the 2 other doctors who saw me, had the worst bedside manners. All they care about is removing all medications & watching my quality of life disappear. They don't care about my pain. Dr. Otting, where are you? Please let us know if you're practicing someplace else; I will follow you to another city. You helped me have better quality of life, now I have none of that. Now I am treated like a drug addict by them even though I have never failed a drug test. It's just not fair. Please, if anyone needs to know you are safe, it's your patients who care about you.

the dr is great but his staff is horrible! the office on monroe had better staff, this office on coy has the nastiest, rudest personnel ever & it's not necessary to talk to/treat persons like they do. starting at the front desk. i watched the lady with the half shaved hair talk to FOUR patients signing in like they were less than human, rolling her eyes and frowning. it was 9am, how are you mad at the world? it's awful how far behind they are with getting meds faxed to pharmacies, weeks behind & patients are suffering & they do not seem to care!

While Dr Otting is a capably skilled at what he does the office scheduling and patient wait times are atrocious. You sit and wait up to an hour to be called to an exam room and wait another hour plus in a closed and uncomfortable room. Very poor operating system for getting patients efficiently through their appointments
