This office is absolutely terrible. Doctors and medical staff don?t call you back. Impossible to get questions answered. My son had complications post surgery and couldn?t even get through to anyone at the doctor?s office. Expect to call a call center and not get a response. Wait times to see the doctor were never less than an hour. Impossible to make follow up appointments. Save yourself the trouble and find a different ENT.

My son was with her from 6 months until she moved out of state. We miss you so very much you was the best doctor for Karsten and we love you.
