"I was very much impressed by Dr West personally and looked forward to working with him. However, I arrived for today's 10am procedure at 9:25am, signed in and waited. At 11:25am having seen 11:00 appointments come and go, I exited the office. I am so sad not to be able to use or recommend Dr. West's office."
