Dr. Jessica Chen, MD is not good at explaining your health issues, spends less than 10 minutes with you and claims she spent over 30 minutes to an hour. Doesn’t answer your questions, makes you feel judged and dismisses your problems or concerns. She is very clearly in a rush to get to her next patient that she doesn’t even let you know the 8 minute exam is complete. Her scribe has to tell you that the appointment is over. She doesn’t even use the fluorescein stain.
