Patient Reviews
Sep 30, 2024
Such a terrible experience! I came from another city where my surgery was done. I needed to find an ortho doctor that can further assist with x-rays and follow up care. Instead of getting that I got someone who I’ve never met (Kurylo) and they even canceled the appointments to meet him, so all I had to deal with was the assistants and front desk. Via email and calls (mostly with Shawna Hatten Mgr Clinical Op) it was clear that Kurylo did not want to discuss anything with my surgeons. He had a different approach which I agreed to, but in the end, they dropped me as a patient and did not want to move forward with my care. I was threatened to be a noncompliant patient based off conversations from my surgeons and even though that’s something I clearly did not want to do I was dropped anyway. I find that I was mistreated and disrespected as a patient. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to this practice. His entire team needs to work on their bedside manner and on how to treat a patient.
