This office is incompetent! One star is not low enough. I had a phone appt booked a month out to discuss increased symptoms. Late afternoon the day before the appointment they left a voice mail message stating that my telephone appt was changed to an in person appt without my agreement to accept the assigned appt. Next, 10 days prior to follow-up appt I had scheduled in Nov. for a March appt. I learned that I had been marked as a no call no-show for the Feb. appt that I didn't accept or agree to keep. Plus there was a snowstorm coming. I didn't get the msg until after the office was closed for the day. Next am I called and said a short notice assigned appt. during a snowstorm was not good. I called re: March appt, it was deleted. No appt until late June. After my office mgmt complaint a March appt was avail. The only thing Malta did was incr. Meds. It was his agenda. Plus he sabotaged my disabil. Pension papers. 14 Mos head injury is not permanent.
