After a short visit where a diagnosis was given, I left the office. At the front desk, I was given my appointment overview and directions. I was given life altering new in a written format that was never discussed with the Dr. I left the office stunned. The office staff chased me down the hallway to indicate the Dr. wanted to talk to me. When I returned, we had a conversation in the hallway regarding these life altering recommendation. There was no background, reasoning or additional information given. Totally unacceptable.
