He did the surgery on my mom. The pump he put in her arm is not working. It was put in so in the event of an emergency it would be available. He was notified it was not working. He cancelled her appointment to check it to go on vacation. While he was gone, she wound up in the emergency room needing dialyses they had to go in through her neck, the whole surgery was to avoid this. Today was her appointment and again they cancelled. But wait!!! They waited until she was in his waiting room to cancel on her!!!
