I had a great experience with Dr Finkelstein and his staff today. I’ve been in a lot of pain For a while and honestly have felt slighted by the doctors that I had previously gone to because I rate my pain honestly. Since I am not actually on fire I don’t rate my pain a 10/10 and really felt like no one was listening before I saw this doctor today. I had faxed my paperwork over early and was happy to hear that he actually looked at it before I got there. I feel as though a lot of doctors go in blind but that wasn’t that case today. His staff was so kind, courteous and I was even seen before my actual appointment as I was told to get there thirty minutes early. Dr. Finkelstein took time to speak with me. He heard my concerns and came up with a plan that I was comfortable with. I really felt as though he listened to me and felt compassion regarding my concerns. I feel a real sense of relief knowing that I have someone in my corner now. Thanks doc and nurses
