When I called to make an appointment, and I was in severe pain, I did NOT wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment, Bone & Joint of The Palm Beaches got me an appointment the very next day. Entering the Facility, it was very clean, checking in was very convenient with an awesome welcoming by one of their professional office employees, waiting time was within 5 to 10 minutes, once in patients room (exam rooms) Doctor Jose Ortega entered within 3 to 5 minutes after nurse had gotten my vitals & reason for appointment. I would recommend this Facility, Dr Jose Ortega & the other Specialist that work along side of Doc... Respectfully Submitted Jimmy C...
