I have been requesting a refund for an implant that got infected and fell out for 3 years now. I had an old implant taken out and just wanted bone graft put back in so it would heal properly. Dr Brander insisted that the hole would be big and bone graft wasn't an option and I would need to fill it with a new an implant. I was afraid the wound would get infected and it did. So he filled the hole with bone graft after all. Not only did the implant fall out but the implant next to it got infected along with my gums and had to be removed by another surgeon. The whole surgery cost me $5,000. $3,000 of that was for the new implant that fell out. I have called several times to request a refund and even sent a registered letter asking for a refund due to the fact that I had to pay another surgeon to put a new implant in after the site had property healed.His staff wont even send me an invoice of the surgery.I thought Dr Brander would do the right thing and refund me the cost of the implant
