I went to see Dr Robles today as a new patient. I have had scoliosis since I was a teenager and now that I am in my 40s it is starting to hurt me on a daily basis. It is hard for me to take this step as I am not one to surrender to pain. I went in with all of my paperwork filled out for a 3:00 appointment. After waiting for 24 mins a young lady came out and told me that since I did not arrive 30 mins early for my appointment I would not be seen. I told her that I had a 3:00 appointment and I arrived with my paperwork already filled out at 3:00. The lady at the front desk confirmed this and she said that all new patients are required to be there 30mins ahead and since I was not there at 2:30 the Dr left. Needless to say I will not be back! I guess his time is more important than my pain!
