Other than the comment of not notifying patients of her intent to leave this practice and go to another practice.After months of treatment for GERD I was misdiagnosed when family history and textbook laryngeal tumor was possible. I thank God that she did leave as it forced me to find another ENT who discovered a tumor on my voice box. In one visit he set up a scan of the voice box and scheduled a biopsy of same. I now will start radiation in one week this has taken place in the last two weeks after one year of starting with Dr. Depasquale and her PA and many visits to her office. I think she was disconnected,condescending and more concerned about closing her office and starting anew.
