I got a comprehensive exam, but the office sent my sample for pathology to a test lab that is not in my network, which cost me $589 out of pocket, when if they had sent it to a lab in network it would have been FREE. Once they received the results, they sent a prescription to a compounding pharmacy out of state. The prescriptions cost about $21, but they wanted $80 to ship it to Florida. Overall, my experience was poor. It's too bad, because the doctor was personable with good bedside manner.
