Dr Frankwich was brought in to see me in hospital and she was wonderful. Very kind, didn't rush the conversation - I liked her a lot however after that I was very disappointed. I was told to call her office after I was discharged from hospital in order to make an appointment but when I did that I was told she had nothing available for months. I asked if there was another endo I could see (as I needed to see someone soon) and was told yes there is but they'd call me back. When I got the return call I was told yes, there is another endo who has availability but Dr Frankwich wouldn't let me make an appointment with that person as she wanted to see me personally......but couldn't give me a date for an appointment! I was dealing with a lot of anxiety at the time due to my condition and the office staff showed ZERO empathy for my situation. They said they'd call when she had an opening - I didn't ever get that call. Very disappointing.
