Dr. Hinchcliff recently operated on our son's hands for bilateral cutaneous syndactyly on both hands at 13 months old, and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and level of care. She showed interest and care in his case, answering many of my (likely silly) questions both before and after surgery, and even making herself available instantaneously after hours for a question I had about pain management post-op. She was fun and gentle with our son, and had great bedside manner with such a young patient and nervous parents. She also has a great team surrounding her -- the residents, nurses, and OT all felt in sync and in the know with our son's care, which is no doubt attributed to the great team they have built. We have one more surgery for him later this year to release two more fingers, and feel really grateful that Dr. Hinchcliff and her team will be taking care of Mack.
