Dr. Patil and his team are incredibly professional, thoughtful and responsive. He recently performed a procedure on my heart where he spoke to me multiple times in advance to make sure I understood everything and then followed up when I woke up (and even called my wife to let her know how it went). I never feel rushed when I meet with him as he appears concerned to answer all of my questions and put me at ease.
