The problem I have with Dr Sokol is with her Attitude & Arrogance. My primary Dr sent me to Dr Sokol because I had a blood clot, told the Dr I was having side effects from blood thinners and I wanted a second ultrasound. Dr Sokol refused saying that I was predisposed and would be on blood thinners the rest of my life, I did not agree. I contacted the CEO of Stamford Health, explained my situation and had an appointment for a second ultrasound the next week. Guess what ?? The blood clot was gone and a D-Timer test was normal. So much for being predisposed and being on blood thinners the rest of my life, I would still be paying for medication I do not need and paying co payments to Dr Sokol. Dr Sokol NEVER even called me with the second ultrasound results, my guess is that she was embarrassed for being %100 WRONG. If Dr Sokol listened to her patient and lost her arrogant attitude she might even be a good Doctor one day......
