STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! On our visit to Kristina Gabrilyants DDS we were told by her office that the insurance denied our claim on May 18th so we had to pay the full amount of $7,000 out of pocket. When our insurance covered the full amount. We have discontinued the service due to this negligence and misinformation. In addition to this, the only request sent out by her office was for one tooth on May 22nd. Which was recieved only because we asked the insurance called them up on May 22nd and requested it. Once again her office did not send over the full request. The $7,000 that we paid on May 18th should not have happened. And we should not have been told that our insurance denied our claim. Especially when NO insurance submission was made during that time. Apart from all this when we went in to verbally discontinue her service we were still told that our insurance is denying our claim although we told them it was approved, but it was disregarded. Now calling them up to get the X-Rays back they're very rude over the phone and sent us the wrong X-Rays in the email. DO NOT WORK WITH Kristina Gabrilyants or anyone in this office!
