Dr. Henry did not wait for the anesthesia to work when she shoved the hot iron up my nose causing horrible pain where I kicked the solid metal chair rather than her. She did not prescribe the 'one' pill that instantly stops the unbearable excruciating pain that accompanies the procedure called posterior nasal nerve oblation. Her assistant is very unprofessional and very rude. No follow-up appt was ever scheduled. No survey was ever offered. AI's summary of her is spot on.
