I like Dr. Whinery. He did surgery on me in 2017 but now I need a things opened up again and have been waiting 4 weeks for a surgery date (after an initial delay of 3 weeks because their CT scanner was broken). I called last week, and they had not yet submitted a pre-op to my new insurance company. I do not understand why we are waiting for his busy MA to do all the work on this, when there is another employee who schedules surgery for Dr. Whinery and a couple other doctors. If they don't have a date for me tomorrow, I will be changing surgeons.
