This office is the worst. When I arrived on time, the office appeared to be in chaos mode. Loud chatter in the reception area & the girls behind the plastic barrier were cold & curt, no eye contact & they acted as if they were annoyed with everyone showing up. I waited over 45 min. to get in to see the doctor. Then when I did see the doctor, she said, ‘we can’t do anything with your issue at this time, you’ll have to see an optometrist. The optometrist will have the right tools & would be able to better handle this. I will have to refer you to an optometrist’. Then she tried to sell me on other services they provide and sent me to the check out desk. The checkout girl was super rude & could care less about customer service. The first thing she did was ask me if I wanted to make another appointment now or call back and before I could even answer her, she told me I had a co-pay of $50, for doing absolutely nothing. When this horrible ordeal was over, & I arrived at my car in the parking garage it was 12:00pm – I spent an hour & fifteen minutes & fifty dollars on absolutely nothing. DO NOT go to this office.
