Dr. Klima left my humerus in a non-union state (as if I had two elbows) with an antibiotic spacer that adhered to and eroded through the skin, allowing a dermis bacteria to enter and give me osteomyelitis. Six surgeries later with another surgeon, and I can finally use my arm again. As a family member dubbed him the Bvtcher, I think I have to agree. His staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to boot, mocking my injury and nicknaming me Iron Man.
