I met with Dr D a month ago for a work comp arthritis exam. He told me to avoid stairs and heavy items on the floor. Said he would request x-rays.. he didn't. His report to W C was therefore incomplete and so they refused my claim. Oversight or just sloppy work? Record your session with Dr D.
