I have had hives for the past three weeks. My Mom has had chronic hives for years and I accidentally know a lot about hives and their treatments and definitely can say what is a bed bug bite and what is a hive. Firstly, Dr. Mulligan is not willing to listen to the patient at all. He enters the room starting to look at the monitor for a while and asking you questions. When you want to answer the questions more thoroughly, he denies listening to you as a patient. If you want to share more details about your symptoms, he is unwilling to listen to and he definitely gets mad if you share your information about your disease with him. He considers anyone with non-MD education as dumb. Just to back up my claim about hives, I went to another allergy clinic after visiting Dr. Mulligan and they diagnosed me with hives and not bed bug bites as Mulligan did.
