I went to see Dr Criddle gave him detailed information and he rushed me out of the office without any sort of care, consultation, concern. I landed up going back to him with the advice of another specialist and the specialist had to document what he should do as an ENT. Dr Criddle did follow another doctor (who wasn’t an ENT) advise. That’s when he found a serious condition and referred me out to UNM. If he had took the time to do his job the first time I saw him It could have been caught sooner. On top of this the doctor nurse and office were absolutely horrible since they were clearly bothered by my request to escalate and help get me the care I needed via referral and prior authorization needed. I had to be my own advocate and get a medical advocates help to get this Dr and staff to do their jobs.
