She was very attentive in the beginning. I came down with a non-covid infection in March and since then was left with all over body aches and fatigue. She wouldn't run lab tests I requested and she said it can be normal to have all over body aches everyday. Most recent appointment in attempt to see her, she was running far behind on her patients and didn't communicate that to the front desk staff. Patients were getting up and leaving. By the time I was called back and in the exam room waiting, I had been waiting for an hour, which I had kids to get home to and take to their extracurricular activities. I had to bail. Fast forward to now with a new doctor who has ordered a good amount of lab work and referral to a specialist. I felt if I had stayed with Dr. Hand, I would have been left to continue to suffer in pain.
