Insanely crappy bedside manner— was scheduled by a nurse in PERSON after a prior appointment for an appointment with Dr. Kwan while my provider was off. Dr. Kwan came in and scolded me for “not talking with my provider and just showing up for an appointment” when I scheduled by one of the office nurses and was told by my provider that they wouldn’t be in that day. When I tried to explain that I did not just show up unwarranted, She got snippy with me? Very unprofessional and rude. I am a very reasonable person (believe it or not), so her reaction was unfounded. Will be talking to the manager about her attitude and professionalism. This isn’t a patients fault— and if she was a professional she would have handled the situation in a much better manner. I understand being upset, but do not take it out on someone who is doing as they are told. I was already made to wait and hour and 30 mins before she came in just to berate me. I was fine waiting until she came to fuss at me unwarranted
