Dr. Shah took his times, explained all ordered test and results clearly and answered all of my questions. However his office staff does not answer incoming call and no returned phone call as promised in voice message. I needed a cardiac clearance for an upcoming surgery, the surgeons office faxed the referral over 3 times, called and left voicemail, I called 3 times and sent a text to his Medical Assistant no response in 3 weeks. Unfortunately I chose to go to another practice. Office staff can make or break a physician and Dr. Shah's staff is definitely loosing patient due to their lack of professionalism, adherence to work ethics and patient care and follow through.
