I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Moreno. I saw her first a year and a half ago and decided to change her. Complained to her practice manager after my visit. Visited again today and this time the experience was worst than before. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she probably had a bad day. However, in my opinion she is the worst doctor I have seen since I have been with kaiser (15 years and 3 different cities). Both the visit was marked by a lack of professionalism and care that left me deeply concerned about the quality of care provided. 1. Rudeness: Dr. Moreno displayed an alarming level of rudeness throughout the appointment. The doctor seemed disinterested and impatient, cutting me off when I tried to explain my symptoms and questions. It was clear that my concerns were not being taken seriously, which was both frustrating and distressing. I told her that I am here to discuss a few concerns I have and she said she does not have enough time as I came late A blatant lie as I was in line 15 minutes before waiting to be checked in and I was checked in at 3;32 and my appt was at 3:30. I requested my weight not to be taken and also no physical examination as I was more interested in discussing my concern but she very rudely cut me off saying she can only talk about one think and if I want to discuss more I have to make another appt. 2. Lack of Empathy: There was a noticeable absence of empathy or compassion in the way Dr. Moreno interacted with me. The doctor did not offer any comfort or reassurance and seemed indifferent to my emotional state and well-being. This lack of care is particularly troubling in a field where empathy is crucial. 3. Dishonesty: I encountered several instances where Dr. Moreno provided misleading or outright false information. The doctor contradicted previous advice and failed to explain the rationale behind treatment options clearly. This dishonesty undermines trust and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the care provided. 4. Irresponsibility: Dr. Moreno demonstrated a concerning level of irresponsibility by failing to follow up on critical aspects of my health. Important tests and recommendations were either ignored or mishandled, leading to unnecessary delays in my treatment and worsening of my condition. 5. Unprofessional Conduct: Overall, the conduct exhibited by Dr. Moreno was highly unprofessional. The combination of rudeness, dishonesty, and irresponsibility made for a very negative experience. I left the appointment feeling more anxious and confused than when I arrived, which is the opposite of what one would hope for from a healthcare provider. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Moreno was deeply unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise seeking care from a more competent and compassionate professional. The issues I faced were not just minor inconveniences but significant failures in delivering appropriate and respectful medical care.
