Unfortunately, his nurse and/or the office manager doesn’t know how to follow up with calls even after they say they will. My dad is elderly and it makes me feel as though they have just written him off because he is older and has a lot of issues. They are notorious for not calling me back when I have a concern or even calling in meds when they say they will. Many times I have went to the pharmacy but nothing was called in and their office already closed. They would rather you go to the ER for something they could do in their office as well. I just don’t understand that type of medical care if that’s what it is!! I would not recommend going to him to anyone.
