Dr. Horowitz was my daughters neurosurgeon. Not only did he calm our nerves, but he truly cared about our daughter’s case. He and his team did a phenomenal job with her surgery and she is back to her old self. I am will forever be indebted to this group of doctors for saving my daughters life.
